Lawrence Hoare

Lawrence combines a comprehensive professional and academic understanding of engineering with core business and marketing skills. His unique background gives him insight into the specific needs of engineering consultancy firms, which has been born out in his work at VC Consulting.

Lawrence gained ten years experience working for an engineering services firm before completing an MBA course at Aston Business School after which he moved into professional services marketing, spending one year with a law firm and undertaking a work placement at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Since establishing VC Consulting, Lawrence has worked with over 500 SME businesses, specialising in marketing, financial and management consultancy.
Nick Bonnaud

Having trained at IBM as a chartered management accountant, Nick move into mainstream consultancy as a business advisor. He has worked for over 10 years at Director level consulting to a substantial number of SMEs across the West Midlands. He has worked across a number of industry sectors, including professional services, creatives and technology from start up businesses to 250+ employees. Nick has considerable experience in financial services, business planning, strategic finance and financial monitoring and has a special interest in business development in the creative sector. He has experience in both structured programmes and private clients.​

Tom brings a wealth of expertise to our team, honed through extensive training in financial modeling and analysis. With a solid understanding of business analytics, Tom possesses a keen ability to decipher complex data sets and extract meaningful insights to drive strategic decision-making processes. His proficiency in Python and VBA further enhances his analytical toolkit, allowing him to develop customized solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
Motivated by a passion for optimizing organizational performance, Tom transitioned into management consulting with the goal of improving efficiency and performance metrics within the companies we as a company consultant.
